I feel you all have a right know what has been going on in light of his resent posts on several Nissan boards. Im at work and dont have all the nit-picky dates trackers and details. Mr. Kemp orderd and interior from me. After processing his order....and purchasing his specific color of leather he has requested a refund from me a short time ago (about 4 weeks). I informed him that there would be no problem if he could give me a week or so for some checks to clear....as I was going through my separation at the time....and some $$$$ was a bit up in the air.
He said no problem... I sent his refund check #3570 for $950 about 3 weeks ago via snail mail. The check has never cleared and Mr. Kemp claims he has not recieved his refund. I again sent him anouther check via snail mail....and that has not cleared nor has it apparently been received. Last Monday (may have been the Friday before) I sent him a FEDEX check ( I thought it was USPS....I had my assistant send it from work....we use both and she sent it FEDEX.....Mr. Kemp has givin me a PO BOX.....and since we use a drop box here at work it has now been returned.) Today I will resend via USPS another check....so Mr. Kemp will have his refund in the morning. I will be posting a tracking number here....if you dont mind. My sincere apologies to Mr. Kemp for the ball being dropped here. Although not all of this was within my control....with everything up-side down in my life it been a very tough 4 weeks or so here. I was not here to see his post.....I hve read an email from him....wicj I think was the post. With his threats and accusations....I will refrain from any further comment on this specific matter. I want everyone to know that I care about my customers....I manufacture a SUPERIOR quality product. The knock on me....is that I can be late to ship. I admit this....recognize it and am working on it. It has become a problem. I have said many things many times....I am a ONE MAN show...at this point my life is cluttered with unbelievable stress. I have not advertised my interiors becuase I have close to 15 FULL orders in progress at my shop right now. To my shop this is nothing....they are ready for the volumn. For me....its ALOT! Im at my max right now.....not with volumn but with the time it takes to process orders. So....Im not a SCAM....Im a very over extended person at this point who tries to make everyone happy....and in the process I make mistakes. In the past year....I have made several mistakes....mis-qupted shipping dates-mis quoted product finsh dates-shipped to the wrong addresses-put the wrong Canadian zip codes-shipped things late-not had a chance to get to the dam post office during work ect ect ect. But I NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER out right intentionally scred anybody. Under a normal circumstance....Id bother to type more...Im so tied and stressed at work right now....I just dont have it in me. If you think Im a scam please dont order from me. I have a few people that are waiting on some things from me. SOme have shipped some have not yet. I know your out there....no need to post here about that...Im on it. thanks all...I appreciate you and your business.
